Partner sovereign mirror: see /sovereignty and /.well-known/sovereignty.json for the current ENS name, IPFS content id, Arweave transaction id, and plain HTTP mirror URL. If the main domain is unreachable, those addresses still work via any public IPFS gateway, ENS-aware browser, or the plain mirror in a second jurisdiction.
